Every two months, you are reviewed for promotion. A promotion increases your rank by one level. It's pretty hard to get passed over for a promotion. Just show up at the meetings Sunday nights, at 8:00 PM and submit head-to-head results at least four times monthly. Good conduct will also help you in your efforts to be promoted. Any punishments delivered by court-martials will reflect poorly on your record. Depending on the offense, you may be passed over for promotion.
